EUROCRAFT SIGNATURE SERIES CLAIMS



          TO FILE CLAIM:

          To File a Missing, Damage, or Concealed Damage Claim, first contact your local Authorized Builder, Dealer, or Distributor who installed and / or
          furnished your Eurocraft Product. They will obtain the information necessary to make a claim decision and forward such information in writing to Eurocraft.
          A dated Sales Receipt; Sales Order # (SO#); Invoice #; or Purchase Order is needed as proof of purchase is required to obtain benefits from this Warranty.
          At its sole discretion, Eurocraft may require inspection of the allegedly defective product before repairing or replacement. If you have difficulty obtaining
          assistance, please directly email all documents to Sales@EurocraftcabinetryFL.com, with an explanation of request: Missing, Damage, and / or  Defect.
          Please do not send the allegedly defective cabinet or components or part thereof to Eurocraft, unless and expressly requested to do so by our Sales / Claim
          Department. Pictures of Cabinets, Components or Defective Parts thereof are required by Eurocraft prior to processing any claims. Eurocraft Cabinetry
          allows 30 days from the time of shipment for Missing, Damage, or Concelaed Damage Claims to be filed. Eurocraft reserves the right to make all final
          decisions regarding Claims.

          For convenience attached on the next page is a Claims Form which may be used or copied to assist in filing Claims for Missing, Damaged, or Concealed
          Damage, or for filing for Warranty Claims as detailed on page 88 of this Specification Guide.
