EUROCRAFT POLICIES - TERMS FOR ORDERING



          TERMS:
                                                     SINGLE DOOR W \ LEGS
          Please read the below, and additionally, applicable sections regarding Payment,  Warranty, Shipping Choices, Processing Claims, and Claim Form.

             All prices shown herein supercede all previous price lists. Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes will be honored for (30) days.
             All prices are FOB Davie, Florida unless prior request for freight inclusion has been made via quote or multiplier includes.
             All styles, finishes, and accessories are subject discontinuance without notice.
             Prices do not include applicable, State or Local Income Tax. All prices are in US Dollar.
             Terms of payment will be in your Dealer Agreement.
             All Orders placed in Signature are made to Dealer’s Order. Manufactured Product is not returnable or refundable.
             Reference page 94 for Claims relating to Missing, Damage, or Concelaed Damage Claims. These claims must be reported within (30) days from time of shipment.
             Eurocraft Cabinetry, Inc. Products are only sold through authorized Dealer’s. Pocession of this Price List does not convey rights to Order Product.
          ORDERING:

             Eurocraft’s website has an online Ordering Portal. Dealers are able to enter and store quotes and Orders. Dealer additionally can enter and manage orders, import orders
             from 20/20 Design, and send Orders electronically.
             All orders will be placed and paid for through the website Dealer Portal or directly with Eurocraft’s Customer Service Dept. Dealers with Eurocraft asccounts will be given
             Login and Password access to the Website Dealer Portal.  If you do not know your Dealer Login credentials, contact your Representative or Eurocraft Customer Service via
             Info@EurocraftcabinetryFL.com for assistance.
             Orders will be held for one business day after placment in case of changes. Changes to placed Orders during this time, or cancellations may result in change fees.
             Placed Orders are assumed to be approved for production by the Dealer. Eurocraft does not proof Orders. Orders placed are your Orders.
             The factory reserves the right to reject placed orders. This could be due to Supplier availability or size and scope of Order, as an example.
             After one business day, no changes or cancellations will be permitted.
             The four to six week production cycle starts the Business Day after the Order is placed.
             Non-stock product may have longer lead times.
             Your Order will ship the “week of” the Ship Date. Exact date will be determined by the shipping department.
             Warranty Orders will processed ASAP. Charges still may apply to Warranty Orders based on Factory determination.
             No changes may be made to Warrranty placed Orders.
             Claims relating to Shipping damage must be presented to Eurocraft within (3) days of arrival of Product. All claims must have photgraphic documentation. and a written
             description attached to the Order.
             Defective Product return is at the discretion of the Factory and may be required.
             Do not retturn any goods without a (RGA) Return Goods  Authorization and Shipping arranged by the Factory.
